Spain: Hannah Weston, Connection Training Clinic

From the Foundation steps to Daily Handling, De- spooking, and Riding Hannah will be here to help you improve your skills on the ground or in the saddle, whether you are just starting out with Positive Reinforcement Training or have more experience there is something for you on this course.
About Hannah:
If there was one word Hannah’s students would use to describe her training it would be: CREATIVE. Usually said with the accompanying “I would never have thought of that.” Hannah’s brilliance lies in coming up with exactly the right solution for that horse in that moment. It’s might be off the wall, and it might take a couple of tweaks to get there, but somehow, the horse goes “Oh, you mean do THIS!” and the owner’s jaw drops with delighted surprise.
Hannah was practically born in the saddle and started riding aged 3. She was the UK’s youngest Parelli Natural Horsemanship Level 2 practitioner at the age of 13. She has trained with Lucy Rees, Marthe Kiley-Worthington, Jayne Lavender, Jane Van Lennep, Les Spark (Free’n’Easy Saddles), Alexandra Kurland, James Shaw, Heather Moffat and Phillipe Karl. She is also a qualified Equine Touch Practitioner.
This unique combo of skills, combined with Hannah’s creativity and passion, have come together in her Riding with Connection. This is a combination of training with rewards and using ground work to help horses become straight and supple. Then this is transferred to under-saddle work, where she brings together learning from tai chi, yoga and dance to enable you to be balanced, supple and relaxed. This creates a magnificent connection between horse and rider. Hannah has now taught hundreds of people how to train their horses in a fun and positive way. She has also worked with equine professionals and is respected by them as one of the best in the business, who can bring a creative solution to any situation.
Whether you bring a horse for work on the ground or are working on riding, you will have a great time at Hannah’s clinics and go home much improved with a positive plan to work on.

Our Centre is about 45 minutes from Granada, in the beauitiful Andalucia area of Spain. Granada and Malaga are the nearest airports.

Price includes:
4 full days tuition
Use of Centre horses and facilities
5 nights accomodation in a shared room.
All meals, including wine with evening meals. Breakfast and lunch are self-service. All guests work together to prepare the evening meal, using provided ingredients and recipes.
Optional meal at traditional Spanish restaurant one evening (pay your own costs)
Full use of our pretty villa, with garden and solar-heated pool.
Transfers from Granada Airport.
FREE: Extra night accomodation! You are welcome to stay until the Saturday. This gives you Friday to laze about, visit local attractions or book an extra lesson.
Not Included: Flights, travel costs etc to the Centre (except transfers from Granada Airport). Compulsory Travel Insurance covering horse-based activities.
